EPA wants to alert the nation, and the international community, that the Mandatory Reporting Rule (MRR) is not to be taken lightly.  This news comes as part of an EPA ruling on Monday, December 7, during which EPA:

• Said that greenhouse gases threaten public health
• Gave the Obama administration power to regulate smokestack and tailpipe emissions which contribute to global warming
• EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson stated that “the overwhelming amount of evidence shows the threat is real”
