The deadline for submission of Part I and Part II of the Information Collection Request (ICR) is nearly here. All coal and oil-fired units meeting the definition of an Electric Utility Steam Generating Unit in section 112(a)(8) of the Clean Air Act (CAA) located within the United States and its territories must respond to the survey portion of the ICR.
Although EPA sent letters informing all affected units of this requirement, some units have notified us that they did not receive it. Even if you did not receive this letter, you are still required to complete phases I and II of the MACT ICR.
