Compliance with the Mandatory Reporting Rule (MRR) may require you to purchase, install and operate new monitoring equipment before April 1, 2010. Have you reviewed your current facilities in order to determine that you are prepared to successfully comply with the MRR? You don't have much time!
You have until January 28, 2010, to submit currently used monitoring methodologies, supplier data, engineering calculations or other records as Best Available Monitoring Methods (BAMM) to request an extension of the use of BAMM. EPA will not approve BAMM after December 31, 2010.
