2010 is almost here! Are you ready to start monitoring your GHG emissions? You asked for a course which discussed all of the recent developments...we listened. Due to popular demand, ESC|University is presenting the Understanding EPA's GHG MRR for Electric Utilities Workshop on Monday, November 9.
Conducted by a Regulatory Specialist, this one-day workshop will provide detailed requirements for electric utilities that are subject to EPA's final GHG Mandatory Reporting Rule (MRR), and address questions from attendees. The final rule requires that each electric generating unit report GHG emissions for calendar year 2010 by March 31, 2011 on a facility-wide basis. The requirements for compliance with emission estimation methodologies, monitoring, reporting, and recordkeeping will be discussed for both Acid Rain Program (ARP) and non-ARP affected units. In addition, other sources categories potentially required to be reported for electric utilities will also be presented.
We realize that traveling is becoming increasingly difficult due to budgetary restraints so make the most of your trip to San Antonio by taking advantage of the training opportunities offered in the days surrounding User Group. Don't forget that if you register for any three courses offered in the days surrounding User Group you will receive one complimentary course of your choosing during the month of January 2010.
