Today is the last day to register for the three-day Fall 2009 User Group and you don't want to miss out! As valued ESC customers, we encourage you to attend User Group so you remain informed on industry hot topics as well as the latest ESC product and service offerings.
We are excited to announce that Jim Yarbrough, an Environmental Scientist from EPA, will be speaking on the second day of User Group. He will be providing an overview of the Greenhouse Gas Final Mandatory Reporting Rule so be sure to come prepared with questions for him. We realize that all of you may not be able to attend User Group due to travel restrictions, but we want to give you the opportunity to contribute to this important discussion. If you can't attend User Group but would like to submit questions for our speaker, please send them to marketing@envirosys.com by Monday, October 26.
In an effort to be environmentally friendly, ESC will not provide hard copies of the presentations. If you would like to have a copy in hand for note taking during the presentations, simply print them out from the ESC website prior to arriving in San Antonio. Presentations will be available on the ESC website one week prior to User Group, but please note that they are subject to change. Attendees will have the option to print presentations in color or black and white.
Don't forget that spouses and guests are invited to start the day off with a visit to the ESC Spouse/Guest Hospitality Suite. The hospitality suite will be open Tuesday, November 10, and Wednesday, November 11, from 7:00am to 10:00am in Directors (location subject to change). ESC will raffle off tickets to local attractions at 9:00am each morning so tell your friends and family not to miss out! Additionally, spouses and guests are welcome to attend the Shrimp and Schmooze Reception to be held on Tuesday, November 10, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
