An Overview of EPA's Mandatory Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reporting Rule for Stationary Combustion Sources
October 28, 2009
Conducted by a Regulatory Specialist, this two hour webinar will provide an overview of the key features of EPA's Final Mandatory GHG Reporting Rule for Stationary Combustion Sources, and address questions from attendees. The final rule requires facility-wide reporting of GHG emissions for calendar year 2010 by March 31, 2011, for facilities emitting 25,000 metric tons of GHGs per year or more (expressed as carbon dioxide equivalents) from stationary fuel combustion. The requirements for compliance with emission estimation methodologies, monitoring, reporting and recordkeeping will be discussed for facilities that meet the applicability requirements of 40 CFR 98 Subpart C. In addition, other source categories potentially required to be reported for these facilities will also be presented.
