ESC understands that XML reporting is still a major task for our customers and we are here to help! Many of you will experience first-time XML reporting on your own this quarter and from our experience with the numerous transitions performed this year, ESC understands that XML can get overwhelming. In order to provide our customers with the best Support possible, ESC has extended our Support hours through July. Should you have questions during the month of June or July, don't hesitate to contact Support at 865.688.7900 x3 between 7:00 am EST and 7:00 pm EST five days of the week. Calls outside of these hours will continue to be taken via our emergency, after-hours phone number.
