On April 2, ESC launched automatic subscriptions to the ESC Online Community forum, to the Important Notices section of the ESC|StackVision Support website and to XML Junction, ensuring that you receive any information related to April reporting as soon as it is posted.
If you have not yet received any emails announcing posts in these areas, the emails may be getting trapped in your junk email (spam) filter. This can happen in your own local inbox or on your company email server.
To ensure that you receive these important postings as easily as possible, please follow these instructions.
Personal junk email filter:
There are a variety of email clients that you may be using, but in most of them you will have similar capabilities for managing your junk email. These instructions are for Microsoft® Outlook.
Browse to your junk email folder. If you find a message from our website:
-
Right-click on the message and mouse-over the entry for Junk Email.
-
Click
Mark as not Junk. This opens a small message box which tells you that the message will be moved back into the Inbox folder. Make sure that the box that says
Always trust email from
“webmaster@escdas.com” is checked.
-
After doing so, if you see any more messages from our website in the Junk email folder, you will be able to just move them back into the Inbox.
If you DO NOT find any messages from our website in your junk email folder:
Company-level filters:
If you did not find any messages from our website and your options are not set to delete suspected junk email, you will need to contact your Information Services group and ask them to allow messages from “webmaster@escdas.com” to enter through the company filters.
If you are using a web-based email reader, these instructions will work in most cases:
Browse to your junk email (spam folder), check one of our messages and look for a button that says “Not spam” or “Not Junk.”
If you are not receiving these important emails from our website and would like to subscribe via RSS:
