ESC Spring 2009 User Group - Spouse/Guest Hospitality Suite

The transition to XML reporting has forced all of us to work extended hours as we scramble to tie up last-minute ends in preparation for the April deadline. ESC recognizes that supportive family and friends make all of our long hours and dedication possible. Now, more than ever, it is important to show them our appreciation. While ESC User Group presents the opportunity to discuss ESC and industry-related topics with us and fellow users, we encourage you to bring your family and guests.

Your spouse/guest is welcome to attend the Shrimp and Schmooze Reception to be held on Monday, May 11 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. Shrimp and Schmooze provides a laid-back opportunity to introduce your spouse/guest to industry colleagues while enjoying heavy hors d'oeuvres (and of course, SHRIMP!) and listening to the band Plastic perform your favorite hits from the past three decades.

Additionally, spouses and guests of ESC User Group attendees are invited to start the day off with a visit to ESC's Spouse/Guest Hospitality Suite. The hospitality suite will be open Monday, May 11 and Tuesday, May 12 in Mills Studio 5 (location subject to change) from 7:00am to 10:00am.

Introduced at the Fall 2008 User Group in Orlando, ESC's Spouse/Guest Hospitality Suite is a great place to mingle with the families and guests of other User Group attendees, coordinate activities for the day while your companion is at the User Group meeting, and enjoy a selection of bagels, fruit, coffee and juice. ESC will raffle off tickets to local attractions at 9:00 am each morning in the hospitality suite so tell your friends and family not to miss out!
