Important Changes to the ESC Website for April

ESC realizes that this is a very busy time in our industry as the deadline for XML reporting is here! From our experience with the numerous transitions performed this year, ESC can tell you that the move to XML can get overwhelming. In order to provide our customers with as much assistance as possible during this busy time, ESC will be posting important XML-related information to the ESC Online Community forum, to the Important Notices section of the ESC|StackVision Support website and to XML Junction.

To view Important Notices, visit the ESC website and select ESC|StackVision Support from the Support dropdown menu. Important Notices are listed in the body of the page. If you would like to only view the Technical Information Letters (TILs), you can do so by using the link or clicking TILs on the sidebar. XML Junction is accessible through the Support menu and contains informational posts and files to download.

Visit the ESC Online Community for useful XML reporting information along with helpful tips, tricks and time savers. Various ESC experts will post this information to the forum using the user name of ESC XML, so be on the lookout! To view the forum from the ESC|StackVsion Support page, click the blue-shaded ESC Online Community link located on the right.

For Customers Who Are Registered Users on the ESC Website

For customers who are already registered users on the website, ESC has automatically subscribed you to Online Community topics and to the Important Notices, ensuring that you receive any information related to April reporting as soon as it posted.

If you would like to unsubscribe from the Online Community automatic email alerts, select Forum Subscriptions from the Shortcuts toolbar which is located on the left side of the page once you have entered the Online Community. You will notice that your subscription is currently marked as Yes. To unsubscribe, click Yes and it will change to No, signaling that your subscription to the automatic alerts has ended. Unsubscribe information is also provided in the email notice. Note: To encourage use of the forum and broaden access to this content, our policy has changed. Anyone who is a current ESC Support contract holder and a registered user on the ESC website is allowed to participate in the Online Community without signing an Agreement. This includes contributing discussion topics and questions, and making replies.

If you would like to unsubscribe from the ESC|StackVision Important Notices or XML Junction, click the unsubscribe link in any of the post emails that you receive.

For Customers Who Are NOT Registered Users on the ESC Website

If you are not a registered user on the ESC website, you are missing out on a ton of important information! To sign up, visit envirosys.com and click Register located at the top of the homepage. You should be taken to the registration form. Fill it out and click the Register Now button at the bottom. You will receive an email containing your log in information within one business day. You must have a valid maintenance contract to be granted access to the ESC Support Site. Once you are signed up, you will begin receiving automatic email alerts containing important XML-related information. To unsubscribe, follow the directions listed above.

In order to easily identify XML-related posts made by ESC personnel in the Online Community, they will be labeled with a special XML logo so don't forget to look for it!

To make sure that you receive these useful posts, please make webmaster@escdas.com a safe sender in your email software. All automated emails from our website come from this identity, please do not reply to it.

This is a very busy time in our industry and ESC wants to help as much as possible! If you have any questions regarding access to the ESC Online Community or website, please contact Jessica Camarda at jcamarda@envirosys.com or by phone at 865.688.7900 x1326.
