ESC|DASProtect Maintenance Contract Announcement

"With the vacatur of CAMR, several states have already instituted Hg monitoring and reporting requirements for 1st quarter 2009. In the near future, ESC will be issuing separate state specific reporting modules to address each of these states’ requirements. ESC’s Fortress Level ESC|DASProtect Maintenance Contract provides coverage for these new state specific Hg reporting programs and the required reporting modules will therefore be provided for no additional license or maintenance charges to our Fortress Level customers. However, as new regulatory programs, these state specific Hg reporting programs are not covered by our Sentry Level DASProtect Maintenance Contract. For our Sentry Level customers, a separate license, and maintenance, fee will be required for receipt of these new state specific reporting modules.
