Beginning January 1, 2009, ESC Expert, EMR and CEM for Windows will move into a Sustaining Support Phase. ESC will only provide support on current issues and will not provide any updates for Expert, EMR and CEM for Windows. ESC customers must have an active support agreement and upgrade to ESC|StackVision to continue to receive regular software updates.
ESC customers who want to continue to receive maintenance and regulatory updates and leverage new product features should plan an upgrade to StackVision prior to March 31, 2009. Our goal in communicating these changes is to provide our customers with sufficient lead time to plan an upgrade strategy and minimize a potential disruption of service.
In order to guarantee your conversion to StackVision, we recommend you have your upgrade purchase order into ESC by December 31, 2008.
*All Part 75 customers required by EPA to report in XML beginning Quarter 1 2009 should have completed their StackVision conversion by December 31, 2008.
