We had an excellent turnout for our Fall Users’ Group in New Orleans with over 100 users attending. A great deal of information was presented and some very good discussions evolved. We have already begun preparation for our Spring Users’ Group Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky. This will be in conjunction with the EPRI CEMS User Group Conference & Exhibit in May 2012. I look forward to seeing everyone there, and don’t hesitate to let me know if there is anything we can do to help you in the interim.
As we close out 2011 and look forward to 2012, I want to take this opportunity to wish all of you a wonderful holiday season with your family and friends. I also hope you have time to rest a little during all the hustle and bustle of the season. In 2012, in addition to our regulatory upgrades, we will be addressing many of the usability issues that you brought to our attention. We will be focusing on enhancing your StackVision user experience by making it easier and more intuitive for you to use.
Let’s talk about reports. EPA reports, State reports, management reports - they all contain calculated parameters which are variations of the same measured parameters. Yet, how many times are we questioned about differences (real or perceived) between various presentations of what should be the same data?
